Care and Support for Elderly Mobility (12-hour Employment) – Piraeus

An experienced caregiver is sought, ideally with a background/knowledge in Nursing, Physiotherapy, or experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, for the care and supervision of an 83-year-old woman in the Piraeus area.

The lady has recently recovered from surgery and is in the process of mobility rehabilitation (she is already walking independently for short distances within the house and is almost self-sufficient).

Basic Requirements:
Knowledge of kinesiology and safe support/transfer of elderly individuals (fall prevention).
Encouragement and supervision for daily movement and execution of simple exercises (in coordination with her physiotherapist).
Assistance with daily self-care and medication management.
Seriousness, responsibility, and a steady hand.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (12-hour shift).
Sundays: Day off.
Duration: Initially for 1 month, with the prospect of renewal if necessary.
Compensation: Particularly satisfactory (Monthly budget of €1,500 depending on qualifications and experience).
