How can i know for sure that what the housekeeper has mentioned in her profile is true?
If you choose to hire a housekeeper that has a verified profile that means that she has come for an interview in our offices where we have checked all her official papers (id card, driving license, certificates, diplomas, etc), that we have contacted her references and verified her contact details.
Can i find an italian speaking housekeeper?
Of course! In the left column of your search page, choose “mother tongue”: “greek” in the field provided. On your right, you will only see the profiles of those housekeepers that have indicated greek as their mother tongue.
What kind of financial agreement should i arrange with the housekeeper? Per hour, day, week or month type of agreement?
It depends on your household’s needs and the frequency of the services she will be offering to you. Nannuka doesn’t intervene in the type and height of the agreement achieved by the two parties. You are free to work it out your way.
Can i see reviews from other employers about housekeepers i am interested in working with?
In Nannuka we consider the review and validation process very important. In fact, we encourage it. In the housekeeper’s profile, on the right top angle there are the marks of “validation houses”. If you click on them you move automatically to a set page that includes every single review and validation from former employers about the housekeeper’s professional manner.
How can i know if the housekeeper can take on cleaning, cooking as well as ironing?
It’s very simple. In the field “childcare”, you choose “domestic health”. In the choices offered there, depending on your household’s needs you click on cleaning, cooking, ironing, chores related to children or all of the above. You will receive the profiles of those housekeepers that have added those activities as part of their tasks.
