Family with 2 kids and a dog looking for a housekeeper

We're a family with 2 years old twins and a small dog looking for a new housekeeper. We wish for the person to come 2 times per wee (we are flexible on the days the person will come, we can set up other days than the one selected in the job description), 3 hours every time, to clean and help with organizing the house and with the laundry, while the kids are usually at school.
Our previous housekeeper staid with us for more than 2 years and the kids loved her but she retired. We are looking for a long term collaboration.
