Personal Carer for my mother

my mother is 87 years old and suffering with Dementia. She is quiet, but gets forgetful often. She is not mobile and needs assistance with meal prep, feeding, bathing, toileting and some physical activity.
Support must be an experienced, geriatric nurse, Greek speaking, kind, and caring. My father is frail, mentally exhausted, tired and struggling to care for her. I live overseas and due to current situation, unable to travel to be with them.
Looking for 1 or 2 people to assist urgently.
