Caregiver for 85-year-old (Acharnes - exit 7 Attiki Odos)

I am looking for an experienced caregiver for the physical care of my 85-year-old father, who has just been discharged after a 2+ week hospitalization at 401 GSNA due to covid. My mother (73) takes care of his nutrition, medications, and oxygen monitoring. We need someone for all tasks that require physical strength.

CLINICAL PICTURE
- 85 years old, post-covid, on chronic oxygen therapy (concentrator)
- Does not walk - moves only with assistance
- Mentally sufficient, cooperative
- We have a hospital bed, wheelchair, air mattress

DUTIES
- Sponge bath in bed (daily)
- Transfers between bed and wheelchair
- Changing diapers and clothes
- Turning every 2 hours (to prevent bedsores)
- Skin checks for redness
- Cleaning the patient's area
- Collaboration with his mother (73 years old) who is present

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Physical ability to move an adult
- 2+ years of experience with bedridden elderly
- Knowledge of safe patient transfer techniques
- Sufficient Greek for communication (B1+)
- Valid health certificate
- Criminal record certificate

PREFERRED
- Experience with patients on oxygen therapy
- Experience with hospital beds and air mattresses
- Your own means of transportation

TERMS
- Start: immediately after discharge from 401
- Duration: initially 2-3 months, extension possible
- Schedule: 6 hours/day, 6 days/week
(flexibility within the day)
- Compensation: agreed upon based on experience
- Trial: 1 week
