Internal woman for work in Syros, €1200 negotiable.

I am looking for a live-in woman to work in Syros for the care of my father who has dementia. He is not bedridden, he is cooperative, pleasant, and polite. He is self-sufficient with supervision and needs assistance and supervision in the bathroom, which he goes to by himself. In the evenings, he usually sleeps from eight until six in the morning with one or two breaks to go to the bathroom. I take care of his bathing and daily hygiene, as well as the cooking. There is a cleaner for the space, and the responsibility of the lady who will work for us is to keep it clean. Her room and bathroom are in a separate studio from my father's. She will have 71 hours off during the week without working instead of one day off. That is, 4 afternoons free from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM and three days free from 3:30 PM to 8:30 AM the next morning. This way, she will have time to rest and take care of herself and my father properly. I ask that she cares for my father with patience and respect. Compensation: €1200 negotiable depending on experience and final agreement.
