Childcare for 3 children in Kalamaria (permanent part-time employment)

I am looking for a person with a knack and experience in caring for and supervising children for permanent employment in the Kalamaria area for 3 girls aged 11, 11, and 17 years. The services I desire include Childcare, Transportation to activities (short distance, on foot), Engagement at home, household tasks related to the child (ironing and reheating food), and some basic check to see if the little ones have completed their homework (there is no need for someone to read to them - they are the stars of their class). The job involves part-time, afternoon work, approximately 5 hours a day, every weekday. The schedule is quite stable, but due to work, I am looking for flexibility in the hours of employment, especially in cases of child illness, school closure, or my business trips. The compensation is monthly, and several leaves are provided (Christmas, Easter, and Summer). All three of my girls are amazing, and whoever takes care of them will have a wonderful time with them.
