Housekeeper / Cleaner Wanted for Permanent Collaboration

A trustworthy, responsible, and meticulous woman is sought for a stable, permanent collaboration aimed at the care and cleaning of a home as well as a professional space (office). We are open to discussing two alternative employment scenarios, depending on the candidate's availability:
Scenario A (Full-time Employment): 5 days a week (8 hours), of which 4 days will involve the care of the home (cleaning, ironing, organizing) and 1 day will be for cleaning the office.
Scenario B (Part-time Employment): 3 days a week (5-6 hours per visit), of which 2 days will involve the home and 1 day the office.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar position (references will be highly valued).
Professionalism, consistency, discretion, and attention to detail.
Organizational skills and politeness.
