Babysitter for 2 children, Vouliagmeni

We are a multi-national family looking for someone to take care of our little girls after school from the start of February. Our daughters are generally playful and sweet (although they have their moments!). We demand a lot from our caregivers (both parents are working full time) but we would like to think that we are warm and approachable and treat our nannies like part of the family.

Job description:
take care of our soon to be 5 and 3 years old girls after school (when they finish at 2pm and 4 pm respectively)
be proactive in speaking Greek and teaching them Greek
household duties related to the kids (tidying their rooms and play areas, food prep, some laundry etc if necessary - although we do have other help with food prep and a cleaning lady)
Manage their schedule (input in the shared calendar, relay info to us etc)
arranging and taking them to playdates and after school classes (ballet, dance etc)
taking them to doctors, dentists etc .
Travel on holiday with us
Hours generally 1-7 pm but with flexibility for evening babysitting; stay the weekend or other days if we are travelling without the kids, and travel with us (around 2-3 weeks of the year)
Holidays we have yet to figure out - they may be at camp in the summer, ideally when they are not and we are still in Athens with the possibility to go up to full time but that can be discussed.

Wishlist characteristics / requirements:
experienced with strong references
warm, loving, easy to get along with, loves kids, great communicator, great sense of fun and play.
**very** responsible: very good, experienced and safe driver, can keep a good schedule, safety with swimming and water,
proactive, flexible,
able to easily handle a 5 and 3 yo (also out and about, on beach etc),
native Greek speaker (plus some English).
Comfortable with dogs & cats.
