Nanny in Dionysus

My son is 2 years old. He goes to preschool. I am looking for a lady who will take care of him three times a week. Twice a week, she will pick him up from preschool in her car around 1 PM, will put him to sleep, and will look after him until 7-8 PM. One day a week, she will need to be on standby at her home for 24 hours, as due to my work, she will need to take care of him for a few hours during the day, and sometimes she may not need to at all. It goes without saying that on those days, if the child gets sick, she must be with him from the morning until I return from work. It is desirable to also have the possibility of babysitting one night a week, on weekends. The payment will be monthly. The goal is a long-term collaboration.
