Occasional babysitting

We are new parents and have an 18-month-old girl. Starting in July, we will need a girl for a long-term acquaintance and collaboration, cheerful, with a love for children, responsible, ideally a student of early childhood education, but not necessarily, to take care of our child only in cases of emergency, such as illness or different working hours, as she generally goes to a nursery. Therefore, we are interested in occasional babysitting and thus looking for a girl who has enough free time, availability, and is seeking extra money. The days will not be standard; we would simply like to develop a beautiful relationship with her, to trust her, and whenever we need her, to call her for morning hours from Monday to Thursday. For this reason, we are looking for girls, such as students, so they can have flexibility in their daily schedule.
