Summer childcare

We are a Greek Lebanese family with two kids. We will spend July-8 to August 25 in our seaside summer house in Kineta. We have a live-in housemaid with us to take care of the household. This is a live in job (independent room), 6 days a week, dealing only with the kids. Throughout the summer, we may have guests with kids of similar age. Day-to-day interaction with the kids in Greek, communication in English is a must though as the mother does not speak Greek. Prior experience with living-in required, preferred profile will be an educator (less need for traditional baby sitting given age of kids). Process includes videocall for screening, face to face interviews in May.
