If you want to contact a carer and there is no "Fast Track" button, this is due to two reasons:

Either because he/she is not a validated Nannuka member yet, or because he/she have chosen not to have their contact details visible. 

In order to proceed with this carer you must first send him/her a Job request and upon aprooval you will be able to come in contact with each other.
