How can I get in contact with professionals?

You can search for professionals in 3 easy ways:

Search

On the homepage, start your search by specifying “what you are looking for” and the area where you want the professional to work, then click “Search Now!”

• Use search filters to make your search more targeted.
• Add profiles that inspire you to your “Favorites” by clicking “Add to Favorites”.
• Read reviews from other families who have already interacted with them.
• Watch the professional’s Video CV to get a first impression before the interview.

To contact professionals, you need to upgrade your profile to Premium. As a Premium member, you can communicate with as many professionals as you wish. Always prefer to contact professionals marked as “Verified Profile”, as their details have been validated.

Once you send a request to a professional, and only when the request is approved, the professional automatically gains access to your contact information (phone, email).

Posting a Job Ad

During registration, you can automatically create a job ad by quickly and easily filling out your needs.

If you have already registered, you can post a job ad through the Dashboard by clicking on “Create an Ad”. Select the care category you want, fill in all the fields, and finally click “Post Ad”.

Professionals will soon begin expressing their interest. You will receive updates about the progress of your ad via email. Feel secure knowing that only verified members can contact you. You can edit your ad at any time from your profile.

To view all the profiles of professionals who have expressed interest in your ad, go to the Dashboard and click on the field that says, for example, “5 expressions of interest”. Review the profiles and contact the ones that best suit your needs. To contact them, you need to upgrade your profile to Premium. As a Premium member, you can communicate with as many professionals as you wish.

Once you unlock a candidate's phone number, the professional automatically gains access to your contact details (phone, email).

Fast Track Communication

You can contact professionals with a single click, without sending a request or posting an ad. Search for professional profiles using the “Fast Track Communication” filter, as these professionals have given their approval for immediate contact. Nannuka is not responsible for the professional’s availability.

The Fast Track service is available to Premium members with an extra charge.
