If you’ve had an unsatisfactory experience with a professional or a family, it’s important to let us know through a negative review or an anonymous report. The difference between a review and a report is that the review is publicly displayed, while the report remains anonymous.
To report a user, go to the “Reviews” tab in your profile, find the professional’s profile you want to report, and click the “Report” button. Complete the form that appears and share your experience with Nannuka about that specific professional or family. This report will not be visible to other parents and remains hidden from the professional unless you decide otherwise.
If a professional or family accumulates three negative reviews, they will no longer be able to use our service. Only with your written review or report can we take action to remove the user from our database.
