Synthetic Approach Mental Health Counselor

I am a Mental Health Counselor with a Synthetic Approach. I work with adults in individual and couples sessions, both online and in person.
I focus on the experience of the client using various techniques and exercises from the multitude of Approaches in Psychology, depending on the connection with the client and the perspective of the Approach. By establishing a foundation with the Therapeutic Contract, the client learns through trust, confidentiality, safety, and acceptance to begin their own therapeutic journey!
