Give your child the opportunity to experience artistic gymnastics. Depending on their age and talent, I adjust the lesson-training accordingly. If the child is already practicing artistic or rhythmic gymnastics, no problem. We will focus on the exercises that interest them or that they find challenging, and they will progress more quickly in their activity. I have been involved in artistic gymnastics for 18 years and have competed in championships in Greece and Europe.
