Psychoeducation is an important tool for safeguarding the mental health of children of all ages and is aimed at groups of children/adolescents who suffer from or may not suffer from any mental disorder. The main goals of the psychoeducation process include understanding, recognizing, and managing their emotions and symptoms so that they can cope with potential crises. At the same time, my primary concern is the development of strategies and techniques that help children build their mental resilience as well as their self-esteem. In this effort, I remain beside the child, attuned to their needs and desires, providing a framework of safety and empathy. Of particular importance is their ability to make responsible decisions for the benefit of their mental health, creating a self-sufficient personality.
