I consider my strengths to be: Loyalty, Respectful Approach in Educating, my background and my CV Currently working as an early years educator in California, but soon to travel back in Greece. Bachelors degree in Greece, Erasmus studies in Norway. Research interests: global education, the Reggio Emilia Approach, REI Approach, mindfulness in education, nature play Building a relationship and taking care of children's needs as well as acknowledging the great importance of facilitating a connection and a relationship with the children by holding space for their personal boundaries. I see my role as being in a dialogue with the children and giving them the tools and guidance/ideas.strategies/resources they need when communicating and interacting with other people or their environment.
