Elderly care in Paleo Faliro 1 day a week

My mother is 80 years old and suffers from mild dementia. She was born in Alexandria, Egypt, to Greek parents. She always remembers things in relation to people and events. She is self-sufficient regarding her hygiene. However, she has let herself go and will not eat unless she has company or someone puts food in front of her and sits with her to eat.
The problem appeared two years ago when she started having issues with her appetite for food and life in general, so she needed support in her daily routine. She also has nervous itching and needs someone to help her apply cream. Therefore, I searched for a lady to assist her or someone who can stay permanently at home with her. I am also looking for a lady who can cover her caregiver's day off on some Sundays (she is flexible with the day) for at least a few hours a day while I am away from home. To help her wake up and have her breakfast in the morning and then her lunch. She walks normally.
