Search for a Cleaner or Housekeeper

I am looking for a Cleaner or Housekeeper for a stable collaboration on a biweekly basis. Our family consists of two parents, a pre-teen, and our cat, who is an equal member of the family. We would like someone who pays attention to detail, is organized in their work, and has love and knowledge for the needs of children and pets. We want to create a relationship of trust and stability. Our home is 94 sq.m. with a surrounding veranda, on the ground floor. The tasks I require are general cleaning of the interior of the house and washing the veranda, cleaning the shutters once a month, and some seasonal tasks (washing carpets, deep cleaning of individual rooms occasionally, as needed).
