Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to join our team in creating a dynamic home school environment for four toddlers aged 2-4.


This unique position involves regular travel and semi-relocation between Athens, Mykonos, Bodrum and Tulum, providing an exciting opportunity to explore diverse cultures while nurturing young minds.




Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
• Design engaging activities, games, and crafts to facilitate cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child’s unique needs and interests.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and empowered.
• Collaborate closely with parents to ensure alignment between home and school routines and goals.
• Maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates on children’s progress and milestones.
• Foster positive relationships and effective teamwork with co-teachers and other caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience working with toddlers in a preschool, daycare, or home setting.
• Passion for working with young children and a genuine love for teaching.
• Creative and flexible approach to curriculum planning and classroom management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and adapt to new cultures and surroundings.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
