Child carer for 2 girls (11 months and 3 yrs) - English & Greek reqd.

We are an English/Greek family living in Athens for 7 yrs. We have 2 girls - 11 months old and 3 years old.
We are looking for a child carer who can work around 9am - 9pm - although the times can be discussed and adjusted.
We would also like to have occasional babysitting in the evenings while we go out, until around 12pm/midnight 1 or 2 nights per week - not a fixed day. Not required, but would be good.
We would like to have Greek language taught to the children through play and activities. Main communicating language with the kids can be Greek only. We speak English in the household. Dad speaks and understands greek, mum only speaks English. 3yr old attends English speaking nursery.
Mum works from home office, dad is away between 9:30am - 7pm. Dad can do the morning school run - drop-off is by 9:30am latest.

We would like the child carer to:
- creative play - activities to keep them busy/ indoor and outdoor play
- Take the kids to classes (dance, swim etc) - take both to play dates.
- prepare kids food - including supermarket and laiki shopping using money provided
- Driving license REQUIRED. Can share a car with mum if needed. We don't want to have missed days due to transport strikes.
- Good enough English required to communicate with mum and to understand kids requests.
- we need fluent Greek speakers/first language is Greek.
- Tidying of the play areas and kids rooms to keep them neat. We have a cleaner, but want to keep the kids areas generally hygienic, clean and tidy, so some extra cleaning may be required.
- Going on the occasional holidays/weekends with the family would be a nice to have. Extra pay for those days can be arranged.
- Prior experience of child care and references needed.

Our 3yr old is well behaved, potty trained and understands some greek, is trying to speak occasionally. Our 11 month old is sleeping well and has a relatively fixed routine - we would like the routine to be followed (times for meals, naps etc.) Neither have any health issues or serious allergies. Yaya lives next door when she is in Athens, but otherwise lives outside the city. The cleaner we have is also very familiar with the children and has provided babysitting cover many times. Aunt lives nearby in Folothei. There is usually some back-up available if/when needed.
Their paediatrician is around the corner and has been seeing both children for the last 3 months.
