Live-in or live-out nanny

Full-time live-in or live-out nanny needed for wraparound childcare for two gorgeous boys, aged 6 and 9 - Immediate start

Duties and responsibilities:
- days are from Monday to Friday, before school (from around 7am) and after school (until around 9pm), with some hours in-between, to carry out any necessary household chores. This would include meal preparation, general upkeep of the house, including cleaning, tidying and laundry
- childcare also needed during some school holidays and school training days (to be decided upon formal offer of employment)
- in the mornings, getting the children ready for school, which may at times require some drop offs and pick ups
- in the evenings, help with homework for the older child when needed, and getting the younger child ready for bed

Person Specification:
- proven experience of working with children.
- Experience of working with bereaved children and those with minor additional needs would be advantageous but not essential. Most importantly, to be a kind, caring, compassionate person, who is friendly and engaging
- excellent written, verbal and communication skills, including a good command of the English language
- car driver preferred (with full clean driver’s licence) but not essential; a car can be provided during working hours as and when needed
- if living out, the successful candidate would, for practical reasons, need to live within easy commute of the household
