Full-time nanny needed, from 18 March to 12 May (8 weeks) - please do not reply if not 100% available to work and travel in this period. There is a further period in the summer if all goes well.
We work in the opera as director and designer - ours is a somewhat chaotic and creative artist household with a flexible routine. The boy needs lots of stimulation, play, outdoor adventures, conversation, book time, and chance encounters with dragons...
We both have work in this period - the nanny will spend some time in London with us at our home, then two weeks in Minnesota or Athens, then back to London. Mostly one parent will be around, but if everything is working well, there may be a week of sole-charge in London, alternatively travel to Manchester. The second half of the period the boy will be at school, so some time to relax in the day.
Theatre schedules are demanding (of us and you) but we guarantee a day off each week balanced over the period.
The nanny will cook, shop, and do some light housekeeping. If you can drive, speak Greek, cook tasty and enjoy opera, it's an advantage, but hey... You do need to have the necessary passport/visas to travel to UK, EU and USA. We will pay a weekly self-employed fee and all travel, food, etc...
We look forward to hearing from you
