Babysitter for 3 children, Byfleet

We are looking for a Full Time Live-In Nanny / Housekeeper / Household manager for our 5 bedroom home in St George's Hill. The main part of the role is to ensure the happiness, engagement and care of their 3 delightful children aged between 5 years and 8 years old. There is daily light cleaning and tidying to do, but we will be engaging the services of domestic cleaners as well. During the school holidays, the role will become predominantly a Nannying role ensuring the children have fun activities to do, day trips planned etc... and the domestic cleaners visits will become more regular.

The hours will be from Monday to Friday 710am to 7/730pm with occasional babysitting as well and Saturday morning till 13.00. The lovely self contained accommodation has it's own private entrance, and will be freshly decorated and has it's own reception room, fully functional kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You will also have use of the family's utility room to do all of your washing.

During term time, the 2 older children are weekly boarders, so care will only be for the youngest child, some daily tasks during term time would involve:
Waking the youngest child, getting him ready for school, preparing his breakfast, ensuring he has everything he needs for his school day including PE kit, homework etc...
Accompanying the family driver with the youngest charge to school.
Upon return to the home:
Clear down and tidy the kitchen
Make the beds
Twice a week change the bedding for the parents and youngest child (once a week for the 2 elder children)
Change the towels regularly
Liaise with the driver if any shopping needs doing or errands need to be run
Wash the entrance floor and kitchen floor
Take care of the laundry - wash, dry, iron, fold and put away
Ensure that overall, the home is tidy and items out are put away
Accompanying the driver to pick the youngest child up from school
Upon return to the home:
Prepare and give the youngest child a healthy, nutritious meal
Oversee any homework that needs doing
Prepare all items for school for the next morning - check PE kit etc... doesn't need washing
Engage in fun activities after homework
Carry out the bedtime routine
When the 2 elder children return from school on a Friday evening, it is vital that all of their laundry is done and that they are organised for their return to school on the Monday morning.
Liaise with us regarding the items that may need purchasing, or if attention is needed with utilities or elements in the household that need fixing etc...

Other tasks could include:
Wardrobe management
Sorting out the children's toys
Feed their lovely little dog and ensure he's happy and safe

During the holidays, the household will be more relaxed with waking times for the children, but essentially, this would be a good time to get the tidying up etc... done before embarking on daily activities with the children.

We are looking for a candidate who is searching for longevity in a role as well as someone who is kind, caring, fun and warm. Their primary concern is the happiness of the children and therefore they are looking for someone with excellent references and good experience.

All candidates should be non smokers, have a clean DBS.
