Warm live-in (or live out) nanny for family of three — West London, September start

We're a friendly, busy family in Hammersmith looking for a kind, capable and experienced nanny to join us from September. We have three children -- 5 yo girl, 3 yo boy, and a baby born at the end of May — and we'd love someone warm and proactive who'll feel like part of the family.

The role, broadly:
• Sole charge of the baby through the day — feeds, naps, play and all the lovely newborn things.
• School pickup for the two older ones (a short walk away) and taking them to their afternoon activities.
• Two evenings of babysitting a week (usually Tuesday/Thursday, but we're flexible and can revisit hiring someone else for this if this is too many hours).
• Some light family cooking and tidying folded in around baby's naps — we're very happy to discuss how much of this is involved depending on what suits you.

Hours are roughly 8:30am–5:30pm as a core. Live-in is our preference (you'd have your own room), but we're genuinely open to live-out for the right person.

We're flexible and would love to shape the role around the right candidate — on live-in vs live-out, the exact hours and days, and the balance of childcare and household. What matters most to us is someone warm, reliable, great with little ones and happy in a lively, loving home.

A few practical things:
• Start: September (with some flexibility either side).
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
• Experience with babies and references we can speak to.
• Greek-speaking is important.
