If a professional’s profile doesn’t show a Fast Track (Express Contact) button, it usually means one of the following:
The professional has not enabled the Fast Track/Express Contact service in their settings and that is, they have chosen not to allow direct contact without sending a request or posting an ad.
The professional’s profile is not verified yet and the Fast Track/Express Contact option is generally available only for professionals with a verified profile, meaning they completed the identity and credentials verification process.
In such cases, you can still send a normal job request to the family and if it’s accepted, you’ll be able to communicate with them directly through the standard workflow.
