I accepted a request. How can I communicate with the parents?

Once you accept a job request on Nannuka, the parent’s contact details (name, email and phone number) are sent to you immediately by email. You’ll find all the information you need in the notification email you received right after accepting the request.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes the notification may end up there.

With those details, you can reach out directly to the parent to schedule a meeting or discuss the job specifics.
