How can I send job requests to childcare professionals?

After completing your search and selecting the professionals you wish to contact, you can proceed to the "Contact" field, which is available on each professional's profile. To communicate with a professional, it is necessary to have a Premium membership.

It’s time to record your needs by filling in the request form quickly and easily. Once you’ve completed this, click on "Submit Request".

The professional receives a notification SMS with the details of your request via email. They are then required to respond to your request within 48 hours.

If the professional "Approves" your request, contact details are sent via SMS/email. In your profile, under the "Requests" tab, you can view all the information about the professional. The professional also receives your contact details, allowing you to communicate directly and arrange the specifics of your collaboration.

If the professional "Declines" your request or lets it "Expire" (meaning they do not respond within the designated time frame), you will be notified of the reason for the decline in the "Requests" tab. In this case, the contact details remain hidden from both sides.
