After you’ve completed a collaboration or had an interview with a professional through Nannuka, you can leave a review based on your experience. In your profile menu, go to the “Reviews” section — there you’ll find all the professionals who either accepted your request or expressed interest in your job ad and whose contact details you unlocked.
In the Reviews area, you can:
rate your experience using the house icons (which represent your overall assessment),
and add comments or observations if you want to provide more detailed feedback.
By writing a review, you help other families who are currently searching for professionals — a positive review makes it easier for others to trust a caregiver, while a negative review can help alert other families about a less satisfactory collaboration.
If your experience was very poor and you prefer not to make it public, you can also use the “Report” option to submit an anonymous report about what happened. This report won’t be visible to the professional or other users but helps Nannuka’s team investigate and take action if necessary.
For every review you submit, you earn +3 credits on the platform.
