You can contact professionals on Nannuka in three easy ways:
1) Search & Send Requests
From the homepage, start your search by entering what care you need and the area where you want the professional to work, then click “Search Now!”. Use search filters to refine results, add inspiring profiles to “Favorites”, read reviews from other families, and watch professionals’ Video CVs before contacting them.
To contact a professional, you need to upgrade your account to Premium. As a Premium member you can communicate unlimitedly with any professionals you choose. Always prefer professionals marked as “Verified profile” since their details are checked and verified.
After sending a contact request to a professional, only if they accept will you automatically receive their contact details (phone and email).
2) Post a Job Ad
During registration, you can automatically create a job ad by filling out your needs quickly and easily. If you’re already registered, you can post an ad from your Dashboard by clicking “Create Job Ad”, selecting the care category and filling in all required fields, then clicking “Publish Job Ad”.
Professionals will soon begin to show interest you’ll receive email updates about your ad. View all professionals who have expressed interest from the Dashboard and contact those who suit you best. To contact them, you need a Premium account.
3) Fast Track Communication
You can contact professionals with one click, without sending a request or posting an ad, by using the “Fast Track Communication” filter in search. Professionals with this option have given their approval for immediate contact. This feature is available to Premium members with an additional fee.
