Each professional chooses whether their references are visible to families within their public profile. If the references aren’t visible but you’d like to review them, you can request that the professional share them with you. With their consent, the platform can then send the references to you via automated email.

This makes it easier for you to assess a professional based on feedback from those who have previously worked with them.
