A negative review is published publicly and helps other users by sharing your experience.
An anonymous report lets you submit details confidentially it won’t be visible to other parents or to the professional/family unless you choose to share it.
To submit an anonymous report:
Log in and go to the “Reviews” section of your profile.
Find the professional’s (or family’s) profile that you want to report.
Click “Report” and fill out the form with details about why your experience was unsatisfactory.
These reports help Nannuka monitor community quality and take action if the same issues are reported repeatedly.
