If your experience with a professional or a family was unsatisfactory, it is important to inform us through a negative review or an anonymous report. The difference between a review and a report is that in the first case, the feedback is publicly visible, whereas in the second case, the report remains anonymous.
To report a user, go to the “Reviews” tab in your profile, find the professional's profile you wish to report, and click the “Report” button. Fill out the form that appears and notify Nannuka about your experience with the specific professional or family. This report is not visible to other parents and remains hidden from the professional unless you choose otherwise.
If a professional or family receives three negative reviews, they will no longer have access to our services. Only through your written review or report can we proceed with removing the user from our database.
