Looking for a Nanny - Housekeeper

We are a family of 4 living in Collingham, Wetherby (Just outside Leeds, UK).
Our girls are now 6 and 11 years old and we are looking for some help. We work full time and need a responsible nanny picking the girls from school (4 minutes walking distance to our house), planning and enjoying with them learning activities, preparing dinner and getting them ready for bed, while also help us with housekeeping.
Hours of work (15.00-21.00) for Monday to Thursday (could be flexible on days and time).
