Babysitter for 2 children, Wandsworth

I am looking for an after-school nanny to pick up our 4-year old from school around 3pm and our 2-year old from nursery around 5:30pm. Light dinner preparation, bathtime, playing and helping with homework. We also have a dog who loves walks in the parks if possible inbetween the pick-ups. German or Greek speakers would be a bonus as our kids are half German / half Greek. Look forward to hearing from you!
