My name is Marianna! From an early age I was involved with sports, which strengthened my character and taught me discipline. It taught me what team work means, how to take care of the people around me and how to set and achieve my goals. Children have always been a big part of my life and direct me in everything I do. Since I remember myself, I’ve always wanted to deliver all my knowledge to them at one point in my life. That dream I realized later and I managed to make it my everyday reality. I am a kindergarten teacher. I have studied at the Metropolitan College of Athens, where I’ve also completed my three-year internship at a kindergarten, and I am graduating from the Department of Geography at the Aegean University. My need is to keep evolving, gaining knowledge and being able to apply and deliver it to all children, no matter their age group. I consider my job very important and the bringing up of children as a most inspiring, responsible and rewarding occupation. To provide them with just the basics in their life is more than an everyday challenge. I have attended seminars regarding first aid, health issues, politics (an intriguing subject) as well as more specialized ones in pedagogy. For 10 years now I’ve worked with children, aged 5-15 years of age. Due to my experience I’ve come to consider myself more specialised to children aged 2+, combining the art of babysitting, tutoring and creativity at its best! I also feel competent in English Language too, since I was given the opportunity to work with kids of foreign diplomats in the past . For further information, I remain at your disposal. Thank you
