Elder Care in Paros

My dad lives in the U.S. but is from Paros. He has dementia and wants to stay in Paros for a few months. I want a live in elder care/geriatric nurse to be there to help him. He loses things a lot and has memory issues but otherwise is healthy. I need someone to drive with him. I need someone to give him medications and to clean and do laundry. He eats out a lot but it would be good if person can cook at home too. I will bring him to Greece and want to overlap with the person I hire to get my father used to the idea.
