Childcare (1 child 10y old) + Household, Southern California, USA

Both I and my husband are university professors in engineering. We live at the university hills on the campus of University of California, Irvine. My son is 10y old and trilingual (english, english, danish). My husband and I are at work 8:30-5:30pm, but I can also work from home some times, as needed.

I am looking for GREEK lady to be live-in nanny and help with childcare and house care, ideally for one year. The person MUST speak greek -- one of the main reasons I am advertising here is because I want help, practicing the greek language with my son.

Duties include:
- being home 2-5pm when my son comes back from school. Stay with him while he does his homework.
- drive him to activities (e.g. soccer, twice a week): drop off, and pick up. For this you will need a driving license. We will provide the car.
- spend some time studying or playing with him in greek. Maintaining the greek language is one of the main reasons I am looking on nannuka.
- walk the dog at least once a day
- grocery shopping.
- cooking (half, not all days) would be great.
- minimum tidying up so the house is in order (no heavy cleaning-there is a cleaning lady for that)
- take care of my son if both parents are on travel
- occasional babysitting 8-11pm, once per week.

Nice extras:
- we will cover the roundtrip from/to Greece.
- we will cover living expenses (room and board).
- we will provide a car (shared with us)
- we will provide a separate room+bathroom, in a large house (i.e., you can have privacy).
- the neighborhood includes nice facilities (pools, gym, parks) that you can use.
- you will have enough time during the day and in the evenings and weekends for yourself and activities.
- you don't have to clean the house (there is a separate cleaning lady for that). Just help keep it tidy.
- southern california is a nice area with lots to do. Los Angeles is 45min-1h drive.
